was born in Thessaloniki (GR) and raised in a German speaking environment. He graduated the School of Dentistry in Greifswald (GER) and moved after that to the Department of Prothodontics to Aachen (GER). After completing his PhD and his residency for Prosthodontics under the supervision of Prof. Hubertus Spiekermann, he started specializing on dental implantology. At some point, digital dentistry came into his daily business, since 2014 he has implemented it in his main fields, full-mouth and chair-side reconstructions, both on teeth and implants.

Dr. Tokmakidis has been involved in research and post-graduate teaching since 2005. He retains a board certification in Prosthodontics, a Masters degree in Periodontology and Implant therapy, and belongs to experts and KOL for several implant companies.
